Thanks Randy, Randy was able to fix a lighting problem I had for years, while many quoted replacing my whole lighting system, Randy spent time researching the system via manufacture web site and was able to reset the system, thus saving me thousands of dollars, again thanks Randy. After being successful with my lighting system I asked Randy to look at my Av system in my Theater room, as my system and control stopped working. I had previously asked the original installer of the system for help and he suggested replacing the controller with a updated version which was going to be $2000. Plus. Randy after attempting to repair the older controller had to recommend a new controller, but a controller that was about 50% less expensive. Randy reprogrammed the whole Av system to work with the new controller and again saved me $$$'s. I have been very happy with the work Randy has done and of coarse the savings, today ( about a year later) everything is working as it should and I wouldn't hesitate recommending Randy to any one with difficult tricky repairs or replacement of Lighting and Av equipment, he is very through and detailed and willing to take on challenges that others only wish to sell you new equipment.
